  1.Job Posting for Product Manager
  Job Summary:
  General Position Summary
  Manages pricing, margin and profitability of assigned product lines.
  Supports the efforts of the sales force, customer service and technical
  support by providing timely responses to requests for information. Works
  closely with the marketing managers, research and development, and other
  groups to effectively launch new and build existing product lines.


  Job Requirements
  Very strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  Bachelors degree is required with a minimum of 3-5 years of Marketing and/or
  Product Management experience.

  2.Quality Engineer

  Promote continuous quality improvement, assure adequate quality control, and provide effective quality planning in   support of products. Will participate in Product Development activities to assure that all quality issues are addressed;   witness/approve Product Development Qualification Testing; review new/revised documentation for adequacy including   Engineering Drawings & Procedures, Engineering Orders, work instructions, routers, etc.; establish/document appropriate   Process Controls and quality standards.

  QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  3-5 years quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus in electronics manufacturing.
  Experience with quality processes and terminology;
  Ability to prioritize and accomplish work on multiple projects.
  Excellent written and oral communication skills in English language and ability to work with people.
  Enjoy working in a team environment.
  Proficient in using personal computers and associated Microsoft Office applications

  3.Area manager

  Job Responsibilities:
  Creating and maintaining a sales pipeline/forecast
  Attaining quota for an assigned geographic territory
  Direct and phone selling
  Building strong customer relationships
  Maintaining Control Tower charts related to position
  Developing continuous improvement and critical success factor metrics
  Demonstrating product usage and features
  Estimating delivery schedules, preparing quotations, preparing reports, and closing sales
  Reporting sales goals/attainment to management weekly
  Handling customer issues appropriately
  Following up with existing and potential customers
  Communicating product development ideas
  Assisting in the creation of strategic sales plans
  Traveling to customer sites and trade shows as appropriate
  Other duties as assigned


  Required Skills:
  Ability to develop joint marketing, sales, and production forecasts.
  Superior negotiation skills.
  Skills related to building strong customer relationships.
  Understanding of general business and contractual aspects related to sales
  (credit approvals, delivery agreements, etc.)
  Highly effective sales skills - very proficient and comfortable with direct or phone selling.
  Working knowledge of continuous improvement and critical success factor metrics.

  4.Web Developer & Product designer

  Job Responsibilities:
  In this role you will develop, maintain and support web sites, compile and report monthly web statistics and click-through   tracking results, manage contacts database. In addition you will manage other projects to be integrated with our   websites, develop and add new content to our websites and develop, execute and distribute eMarketing campaign   materials.
 
  Job Requirements:
  Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field from a 4 year college or university 4 to 6 years intermediate to advanced web   development experience in a fast paced environment managing simultaneous projects with competing priorities.
  Intermediate to advanced knowledge of ASP.net, VB.net, Sequel Server, T-SQL, SQL, Java Script, XML & XSL, CSS &   XHTML and know how to create web standards compliant layouts is required.?
  Advanced experience in Dreamweaver, MS Access and MS Excel is required.?
  Intermediate level experience with MS Word and Power Point is required.
  Must know how to hand code and hand compile.
  Must be able to work in a team environment as well as work independently.
  Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  Proficiency in Photoshop 7.0, eMail Marketing software, C#, Macromedia
  Director and Flash are a plus.
